01Acceptance
By creating an account or using SevaSangraha, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind that clinic. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The service
SevaSangraha provides web-based software for OPD clinics and individually practicing doctors: patient registration, queue, prescriptions on your letterhead, billing, and reports. Additional modules (such as IPD, pharmacy, or lab) may be enabled on request. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
03Accounts
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff (reception, doctors) and their use.
- Keep your details accurate. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised access at hello@sevasangrah.in.
04Trial & subscription
- Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required, full functionality with your real data.
- After the trial: to keep using the service, subscribe at ₹750/month or ₹7,500/year. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to a read-only state — you can still view and export your data, but not add new records.
- There are no per-patient, per-user, or per-appointment fees, and no setup fee.
05Billing & taxes
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your card or UPI details.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which will be added where required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
06Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription: if SevaSangraha doesn't work for your clinic, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. Renewals after the first period are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop further charges.
07Your data
- You own your data. All patient records and clinic information you enter remain yours.
- You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data at any time, and after cancellation we retain it for 30 days before deletion.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter each patient's data and for any consent required by law.
08Medical disclaimer
SevaSangraha is record-keeping and administrative software. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions are made by you, the qualified practitioner. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical records, for prescriptions issued under your name, and for compliance with the medical, licensing, and record-retention laws that apply to your practice.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; upload data you have no right to use; attempt to breach security, access other clinics' data, or disrupt the service; resell or sublicense the service without our written consent; or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
10Availability & support
We work to keep the service available and reliable, and back up data daily, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, occasionally with downtime, and will try to minimise disruption. Support is provided over WhatsApp and email.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevaSangraha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Suspension & termination
- You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse that risks other users or the service.
- On termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under applicable consumer law.
14Changes & contact
